Arm Balancing and Inversions are a fun way to boost endorphins and positive feelings about your practice. We will start with the simplest of arm balances and inversions and work our way through to the more challenging ones. Whether you can do crow pose or not, if you are interested in learning what it takes to flow, float and fly, this workshop is for you. You will gain skills for building core strength (always a useful tool) and develop confidence in your yoga practice. Arm Balances and Inversions show us where we need to build strength and everyone will get their own specific "to work on" homework.
