Online Personal Training will provide you with a program specific to your needs and goals. Committing to yourself will be the best thing you ever do, and I am here to help. You will receive either an at home or in the gym 12 week workout program, that will be reviewed and adjusted every 4 weeks. This program and your nutrition plan will be uploaded to your own personal fitness app. We will keep track of your goals, your nutrition, progress pics and work towards your individual goals from a well rounded approach. Understanding your body and how it responds takes time, patience, hard work, and a positive attitude will get you there.
For cancellations, please notify Fit Movement Yoga and Wellness 1 hour prior to class to avoid being charged for the class.
